Through his photographic practice,
Loïc Loret explores the invisible threads that connect humans to their intimate environment. Guided by a search for meaning and sincerity, he captures light as one would gather emotion — with softness, patience, and attentiveness.
His images, steeped in silence and sensitivity, reveal the poetry of simple moments, those often erased by the everyday.

Initially drawn to landscapes, his gaze has evolved through personal experiences — in the echo of love, loss, and resilience. Photography then becomes a space for breathing, an inner language through which he seeks to reconnect with what still resonates: a tenderness, a memory, a feeling of presence.

In his series, Loïc Loret weaves a sensitive cartography between solitude and light, wandering and renewal. His work, on the border between documentary and visual poetry, invites us to slow down, to feel, and to reconnect with ourselves and with the world.
